DO THE WORD

Auntie Rose

Doing the Word means to put to practice, the Word. Anytime you hear the Word, act on it.

The Bible says, But be doers of the word, and not hearers only... James 1:22.

Don't just do it once, do it every time, make it part of your daily life. If the Bible says, "Don’t steal," If you used to do so, you should act on the Word and put a stop to it. If the Word says. "Don't backbite," you should put a stop to it, if you used to, act on the Word and stop backbiting.

The Word is for your daily life. It can correct you, it can minister to you, it is also there to lead you.

2 Corinthians 3:18 says,
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Every time you open your Bible to study, you become what you see. So to do the Word, you must study it first so that you can know what it is saying, then you act on it.

The Bible is like a mirror, it shows you how you are so you can make adjustments and become what it says. Hallelujah!

Every time you do or act on the Word, you ard blessed for it. Also, it would put you in thd place that God has destined for you. You are positioned from success and greatness.

Don't let anything take away the Word of God from your heart. It is for your daily living.

So get a study Bible, study the Word every day and ensure to do what is says.
